On Wednesday, April 8th at 6pm, at the Moulin de la Culture, our educational concert series will conclude with a musical journey into the heart of the Middle Ages.
The audience is invited to a true journey back in time and across Europe, with a educational concert dedicated to traditional music. From Iceland to Galicia, through Germany, Greece, and France, this original program offers a discovery of the richness and diversity of ancient traditional repertoires. Through melodies from all over Europe, the audience will immerse themselves in the sound universe of the Middle Ages. Traditional instruments such as harp, flute, and percussion will accompany the voices to bring to life songs passed down for centuries. Designed as both a musical and educational moment, this concert will allow musicians to present their instruments, explain their origins, and share listening tips to appreciate these ancient sounds. Between cultural discovery and musical awakening, this concert promises a sensitive immersion where popular tradition and musical heritage meet. An event open to all: history enthusiasts, music lovers, or simple one-night travelers. This series of concerts will conclude with a toast of friendship.
