A loyal Johnny fan until death, an inmate in Iran who escapes every day through poetry, a teenager who steals a Rembrandt…
During a special evening, France Culture and the Art Explora Foundation celebrate “what culture does to our lives” with a unique public event: the stage adaptation of the emblematic program “Les Pieds sur terre” with over 3 million monthly listeners.
At the invitation of Sonia Kronlund and Delphine Saltel, eight people from Lozère, Brittany, Vaucluse… will tell how culture has changed – or not! – their lives on the stage of studio 104 at Maison de la Radio et de la Musique on Wednesday, April 8th at 8pm – free entry by reservation on the website maisondelaradioetdelamusique.fr
Eight unique, funny, touching stories: Can a song save our lives? Why do we read? Can you fall in love with a painting? What is the purpose of cinema? Why do some people not have access to art? What dominations are exerted through culture?
This event echoes an exclusive study by the Art Explora Foundation conducted with IFOP in partnership with France Culture, involving over 4,000 people, highlighting the deep attachment of the French to culture and illuminating the necessary conditions to encourage its practice.
