This retrospective traces his practice from his iconic series of the 1980s to his recent monumental paintings. Additionally, from March 19 to September 13, 2026, the Louis Vuitton Tokyo Space will host “You made me leave home…” by Rina Banerjee, an artist from the South Asian diaspora who transforms found objects, textiles, and feathers into mystical feminine sculptures and complex fantastical installations.
