It’s official: after several twists and a near-death experience that may have saved her life, Gabrielle Côté wins the sixth season of Big Brother Celebrities. Not surprisingly, given her performance in the intellectual challenges, she won the final quiz, propelling her directly into the top 2. But there was one important step left: choosing who will accompany her before the jury.

This choice is crucial, as it could make the difference between victory and defeat. This was the case last year for Frédérique Turgeon, who chose to bring Sinem Kara with her. Kara ended up winning the adventure.

Staying true to her alliance from the season, comedian Oussama Fares was the one she decided to bring to the grand finale, in front of the freshly formed jury of two new additions, Citron Rose and Félix Dolci, as well as the five celebrities who survived the trials of the Board of Patrons: Marie-Ève Beauregard, Kate Moya, Christophe Dupéré, Pascale Marineau, and Salomé Corbo.

Ultimately, by a vote of 6 to 1, Gabrielle Côté, also known as KAPIE, deservedly took home the honors. Everyone voted for her, except Félix Dolci who remained loyal to his top pick Oussama.

With this victory, she receives a grand prize of $100,000 in cash, including a $25,000 amount that she chose to donate to the Le Chaînon foundation, a shelter for women.
