The students in the cinema section of Théophile-Roussel high school once again took advantage of the Itinérances festival in Alès from March 20 to 22. Accompanied by their teachers, Mr. Rodriguez and Mrs. Capel, along with the return of the 2025 promotion, they watched films at the Alès cinema that hosted the event.

The program included a rich and varied discovery of short and feature films, stimulating exchanges with filmmakers and cinema professionals, and passionate debates on cinematic art. The lineup ranged from original French comedies to poetic and engaging films, providing true cinematic moments.

Among the students’ favorites were the comedy “C’est quoi l’amour” by Fabien Gorgeart and the film “Les Filles du ciel” by Bérengère McNeese. The festival also highlighted emerging talents with a short film competition. The students appreciated the festival atmosphere, impeccable organization, and the presence of their former classmates.

This trip once again confirmed the importance of this annual event for the cinema section, demonstrating the passion and commitment of the high school students to the seventh art.
